I see a fair number of people asking about it on the forums and FB group, and because it's so well known, it doesn't look good for it to be constantly reporting a 503.  Maybe a static page with a redirect after a delay (or a click-through) that takes the user to build-o-o's search?

2026-02-04T22:58:53  <matrix-o-o> <hendersj> Either could work (and would be better than an error page IMO), but I do think some explanation in the redirect would be helpful, otherwise we'll just get questions along the lines of "why is software.o.o redirecting to build.o.o?"  We can head at least some of those off by providing a brief explanation before the redirect.
