2025-12-09T16:02:41  <acidsys> cannot quite figure out why redmine's puma died with "Watchdog timeout" earlier, we have it set to 10s which should be plenty (and was in the past); last logged requests weren't anything special; the restart on-failure did try to recover it but it but each it died immediately at each attempt until the maximum was reached. when I manually started it shortly after it came up fine. maybe
2025-12-09T16:02:42  <acidsys> adding some back-off could help (not with the original issue but with automatic recovery). I raised logging level for now (might also help to figure out the memory alerts we receive about it lately)
