It is recovered, but cdn.oopensuse.org might have cached those 404 responses and might keep them for a while. 2025-11-06T16:34:49 Hey, I'm seeing issues with getting repodata for some of the tumbleweed repos, the non-oss and the update ones. Occasionally cdn.opensuse.org gives me a 404 when trying to retrieve the repomd.xml for those repos. Maybe there's a bad mirror? I have verbose curl output with a failing request if you want it 2025-11-06T16:36:57 known issue - [17:21:19] > there was a broken upgrade on download.o.o and it briefly was returning 404 on every request. Wasn't in this channel to have the history thanks! 2025-11-06T18:53:20 meeting in 7 minutes 2025-11-06T19:14:53 petracvv: I got into the habit of running 'sudo zypper refresh --force' prior to dup'ing Tumbleweed or up'ing Leap. It will force both the download and parsing of raw metadata, even if everything indicates a refresh is not needed. I find this /complete/ refresh very beneficial. 2025-11-06T19:43:35 *** teepee_ is now known as teepee 2025-11-06T21:25:06 Hello! I'm trying to set a mirror up. https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Mirror_infrastructure#rsync_modules is pretty out of date, given the modules don't seem to exist anymore. How are you all doing this? I'll update the docs once I get mine running.
