This way, folks have an alternative to .png for pasting lossless images.  Plus, .jxl file sizes are smaller than standard JPEGs and they are /exponentially/ smaller than a .png file.
2024-10-17T04:53:44  <mdogg> The only times I export an image to .jpeg is when it's going to wind up in a pastebin.  A lot of pastebins will accept .png but think pasting a .png to a pastebin is wasteful because of its gigantic file size.  Sometimes it would be nice to present a higher quality image that shows greater detail, but the size of the file never seems to justify doing so.
