2022-09-23T08:14:51  <mdogg> The #openSUSE IRC channel has a reputation for providing exemplary support.  Everybody who asks for help comes away with a first-class customer experience.  During the past several weeks, however, morale has been a bit low.  Seeing post after post from so many people who need a helping hand and at the same time being unable to interact with them has been extremely frustrating.  Today, at long last, that issue has been resolved.
