IMHO it can be easier if you create a ticket within https://progress.opensuse.org/projects/opensuse-admin/issues , maybe just forwarding an email to admin@opensuse.org to create that. Then SUSE-IT experts could pick it up (or I can create an internal SUSE-IT ticket and refer to that
